My Bio!

Turning Marketing Into a Growth Engine, One Strategy at a Time

For over two decades, I've been obsessed with one question: How can marketing do more than just look good—how can it drive real, measurable growth?

That question has taken me from writing SEO content in cramped offices to leading digital transformation for global research firms, from launching (and learning from) my own startup to co-founding Quadigy, where we help B2B companies turn their marketing departments into revenue-generating machines.

The Journey

I didn't start out as a "digital marketing expert." I started as an Electronics & Telecommunications engineer who stumbled into the world of content and copywriting in 2003. Back then, "social media marketing" wasn't even a term people used. SEO was mysterious. And the idea that marketing could be quantified, optimized, and turned into a profit center? That was radical.

But I was hooked.

I spent years mastering the craft—from technical writing to creative copywriting, from SEO to social media strategy. I worked with brands like eBay, Unilever (Elle 18, CloseUp, Surf Excel), and global clients across e-commerce, financial research, and technology. Each project taught me something new about what makes people click, engage, and ultimately, buy.

In 2012, I took the entrepreneurial leap with Click2Trip, a travel startup that taught me more through its challenges than its successes. The biggest lesson? Ideas are worthless without execution, funding strategy, and the grit to push through when things get tough. That experience made me wiser, hungrier, and better prepared for what came next.

What I Do Now

Today, as Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Quadigy, I work with B2B firms who are tired of marketing that "builds awareness" but doesn't build the bottom line. We focus on outcome-based digital marketing—strategies that generate qualified leads, nurture them intelligently, and drive measurable revenue growth.

But beyond Quadigy, I'm a growth consultant, a mentor, and (as you can see here) someone who loves sharing what I've learned. I believe knowledge grows when it's shared, and some of my most rewarding experiences have been training marketing students, speaking at industry events, and helping fellow professionals navigate the ever-changing digital landscape.

My Philosophy

I believe in a few simple truths:

Marketing isn't about vanity metrics. Likes, followers, and impressions are nice, but they don't pay the bills. What matters is whether your marketing generates revenue, builds real relationships, and creates value for your audience.

Strategy without execution is just a document. I've seen too many beautiful marketing plans that never leave the boardroom. The magic happens in implementation, iteration, and optimization.

People buy from people. Even in B2B, even in the digital age, trust and authenticity matter more than ever. The brands that win are the ones that add value, show up consistently, and treat their audience with respect.

Learning never stops. The digital landscape changes faster than any of us can keep up with. The moment you think you've "figured it out" is the moment you become obsolete. I'm as much a student today as I was 20 years ago.

Beyond the Bio

When I'm not strategizing growth plans or analyzing campaign metrics, you'll find me reading (everything from marketing theory to philosophy), exploring new ideas on this blog, or having deep conversations about business, life, and everything in between.

I'm fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi—which means I can overthink in three languages.

I've been recognized with the Golden Pyramid Award for my contributions to marketing and business development, but honestly, the real reward is seeing a client's business transform or watching a strategy come to life.

Let's Connect

This blog is where I share insights, strategies, lessons learned (often the hard way), and occasional musings on what it takes to build a business that matters in the digital age.

Whether you're a business owner looking to make your marketing work harder, a fellow marketer navigating the complexities of growth strategy, or just someone curious about the intersection of creativity and commerce—I'm glad you're here.

Feel free to reach out, challenge my ideas, or share your own experiences. The best conversations happen when smart people disagree respectfully.

P.S. - If you're wondering why an engineer ended up in marketing, the answer is simple: both are about solving problems. One uses circuits and code; the other uses words and strategy. I just found my circuit board in the digital marketing space.
